tailor our support to match the customer’s specific requirements
and needs. For example, we will provide qualified personnel to perform
a wide variety of maintenance tasks, from Preventative Maintenance Checks
and Services (PMCS) to Corrective Maintenance and Repair and Return Operations.
Included is all the equipment necessary to perform On- or off-site repairs
and Diagnostics.
We can also provide the requisite inventory management, warehousing and supply of all parts to repair and service your equipment. We operate warehousing as well as manage inventory at remote sites, including Korea. We stock, maintain, kit, issue and track usage data for replenishment parts.
Multi-Purpose Decontamination Systems (MPDS-CLS)
Currently, ESSIbuy supports the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps CLS requirements
for the MPDS. These systems are currently fielded in Korea, Iraq, and other locations around the world, including the United States. ESSIbuy provides on-site New Equipment Training; Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, both in the field and at ESSI facilities; manages multiple inventory locations; forecasts demands and stockage levels; provides a web-based maintenance and supply tracking system using its electronic Logistics Support (eLS)
System.
The MPDS module is a follow-on development of the NATO high-pressure cleaning and decontamination system “KARCHER HDS 1200 BK” which is being used worldwide by more than 40 armed forces, 12 of these appertaining to NATO-countries.
Another feature provided by ESSIbuy is utilization of the Interactive Electronic
Training Manual (IETM) called WebTM™. Use of this tool allows
ESSIbuy to not only provide a vehicle for teaching how to operate and maintain
the equipment, but also the ability to order parts with simple point & click
ease and track maintenance by serial number. Further, by using training manuals
on WebTM™, any changes or updates to the manuals can be broadcast
to all users via the Internet – as they are implemented. Manuals will never

The MPDS-CLS program also uses ESSIbuy’s electronic Logistics Support
(eLS) system. The ESSIbuy eLS system is a cost-effective,
web-based dedicated program that offers maintenance transaction data collection,
trouble ticket creation, preventative maintenance scheduling and custom reporting.
The flexible reporting capability is key.
The basis of the eLS system is a relational database designed to
capture and report on the most current, pertinent maintenance information
available. Parts and end items are tracked by serial number and the system
can be queried in real-time for the most up-to-date maintenance information.[ More ]
